The Path of Yoga: Embodied Movement, Breath & Presence
Yoga, in its essence, is not a performance.
It is not about shapes or flexibility.
It is a practice of listening — to the body, to the breath, to the moment.
In our approach to yoga, we return to this simple truth.
We explore movement not as a form to perfect, but as a language of presence.
We breathe not just for oxygen, but to connect, to feel, to come home to ourselves.
A Living Practice of Embodiment
Our yoga journey is guided by Roberta, a teacher, performer and researcher with a deep background in contemporary dance, somatics, and interdisciplinary performance. Her teaching style blends traditional yogic principles with movement exploration, voice, stillness, and ritual.
Each session is an invitation to inhabit the body with attention and care.
To awaken the senses.
To notice.
To move not from habit — but from awareness.
Classes are shaped by a variety of influences:
- Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga: for grounding, structure and flow
- Somatic movement practices: for inner listening and nervous system regulation
- Free-form exploration: to invite authenticity and creative movement
- Breathwork and meditation: to center, regulate and expand awareness
Rather than following fixed sequences, we often let the body guide us — through rhythms, sensations, and intuitive pathways. The practice becomes a space to unravel, to remember, and to re-align with what is essential.
When Movement Meets Sound
What makes our yoga experience unique is the presence of sound.
Each session is accompanied by a live DJ set, curated in real-time using ambient, downtempo and deep electronic textures.
Sound becomes an invisible partner in the practice — supporting transitions, holding space for silence, amplifying the breath, and guiding emotional landscapes.
We don’t use music as background.
We work with sound as a tool for inner movement, a bridge between the physical and the subtle, a container for transformation.
Sometimes the beat is gentle, spacious, barely there.
Other times it builds and releases — like waves, like breath, like life itself.
This interplay between movement and music is what we call Electronic Yoga:
a multisensory experience that invites full-body presence.
A Shared Space of Practice
We offer sessions in a variety of contexts — not as a product, but as an evolving space for connection and exploration.
From intimate gatherings to immersive retreats, from urban events to nature-based experiences, we shape each container with care, sensitivity, and artistic intention.
There is no “right” way to practice with us.
No level. No expectation.
Just a willingness to show up — with your body, your breath, your curiosity.
Let yoga be a place where you don’t have to perform.
Let it be a practice of return.
To the body. To the breath.
To the quiet wisdom that lives inside you.
